"Andrew Bova of Exclusive Real Estate, Concord West, was the first real estate agent whom I immediately felt comfortable with. On the morning of meeting Andrew, I was viewing yet another property as part of my 18-month long house-hunting mission. I’d seen a number of residential properties, none of which felt just right and to say I was over it was probably an understatement.
Andrew started asking questions as to what I was after and locations and instead of just stopping there at those basic details, Andrew obtained more specific details of my requirements. Andrew was really easy to talk to and approachable, and I felt that he was very genuine when enquiring about what I was after – I felt he wanted to make me happy by ensuring I got what I wanted instead of satisfying the vendors with “just another sale”. Andrew provided details of a new unit complex which was nearing completion and in particular a unit which was not yet on the market as it was one of the developers’ favourites. We saw the place and it was perfect. Straight away I knew I had to purchase this place and that this is what my 18-month search had been for.
Throughout the entire process Andrew was always approachable and happy to help. At no time did I feel he was just after a sale, and that once the deal had been done that was it – I spoke with him numerous times and he organised a number of visits to the property after exchanging contracts if and when I had friends and family whom I wanted to show the property, even though it was not yet mine. Once I moved into the property, Andrew still checked in with me to ensure everything was running smoothly and promptly assisted in resolving any teething problems. Throughout my entire dealings with Andrew (and his team), I believe he went well above and beyond the level of customer service I expected and I would be more than happy to deal with him again.
Andrew is one of the rare gems in the real estate industry; it’s nice to have someone trustworthy in an industry that is generally seen to be full of aggressive personalities. "For the last one month I've been meaning to write to you guys for your excellent work in managing and then in selling my property.
Over the years, I've had to (rather compelled to) deal with quite a few realestate agents, mostly in the Strathfield area. But my perception about realestate agents has changed ever since I started dealing with you guys - easily the most professional I've ever dealt with.
As a managing agent of my rental apartment, you have made my life totally hassle free. Right from the day I decided to rent out my property and called Alex to inspect it, to the day I received my final rental statement after I sold the property, it was as smooth and professional as anyone can think of. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening and the funds had always hit my account promptly every month.
I did not even think of anyone else at all when I decided to sell my property in May. In fact I did not even consider a cheaper option put forward through a friend of mine since I had the trust in you guys. I always believe that 'cheap' also comes with a 'cost'. To tell you the truth, I was very surprised when I got a call saying that there is an offer after just one open house and that too at a price which I had in mind.
