"For the last one month I've been meaning to write to you guys for your excellent work in managing and then in selling my property.
Over the years, I've had to (rather compelled to) deal with quite a few realestate agents, mostly in the Strathfield area. But my perception about realestate agents has changed ever since I started dealing with you guys - easily the most professional I've ever dealt with.
As a managing agent of my rental apartment, you have made my life totally hassle free. Right from the day I decided to rent out my property and called Alex to inspect it, to the day I received my final rental statement after I sold the property, it was as smooth and professional as anyone can think of. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening and the funds had always hit my account promptly every month.
I did not even think of anyone else at all when I decided to sell my property in May. "Andrew Bova of Exclusive Real Estate, Concord West, was the first real estate agent whom I immediately felt comfortable with. On the morning of meeting Andrew, I was viewing yet another property as part of my 18-month long house-hunting mission. I’d seen a number of residential properties, none of which felt just right and to say I was over it was probably an understatement.
Andrew started asking questions as to what I was after and locations and instead of just stopping there at those basic details, Andrew obtained more specific details of my requirements. Andrew was really easy to talk to and approachable, and I felt that he was very genuine when enquiring about what I was after – I felt he wanted to make me happy by ensuring I got what I wanted instead of satisfying the vendors with “just another sale”.
