On the morning of meeting Andrew, I was viewing yet another property as part of my 18-month long house-hunting mission. I’d seen a number of residential properties, none of which felt just right and to say I was over it was probably an understatement.
Andrew started asking questions as to what I was after and locations and instead of just stopping there at those basic details, Andrew obtained more specific details of my requirements.
