I've been living at Kingswood since late November last year and just love it. The real estate agent Anthony Angelis is just a young guy and a very nice person, I have no complaints at all about him. The unit is always kept clean & tidy and if there is any unit issues, Anthony is just a phone call away and will have the issue sorted out quite quickly. I was referred to Exclusive Real Estate by a friend in 2018 and soon after I contacted Alex to manage my property. He wasted no time in finding tenants and took great care in managing the property and ensuring I was kept up to date on anything I needed to know. Happy with the service I received I also passed on Alex details to my family members who are now also customers of Exclusive.
More recently I engaged Alex to sell my apartment in Bankstown. Due to my personal circumstances I was in need of a quick sale and to say this was a stressful time for me would be an understatement. Needless to say however Alex rose to the challenge like an absolute professional. He took initiative from day one providing his opinion on how we should maximise the sales opportunity, effectively managed the relationship with the existing tenant and arranged for an immaculate presentation of the property all the while remaining quietly confident and managing my expectations. As you are probably aware, at the very first open home, within 72 hours of listing, he delivered a buyer. Whilst Alex was instrumental in delivering this outcome he continued to be of service as he was able to negotiate an earlier settlement with the buyer on my behalf, something that I greatly needed. Alex went above and beyond his role, was extremely reliable throughout the process and exceeded expectations.
Fast forward a few weeks and I needed to rent out a new property. My broker had a great relationship with one of the real estate agents in the area and recommended their services. I was adamant however that I wanted Alex to manage my property as he had delivered time and time again. Without fail, within the first week of inspections, Alex had delivered and found new tenants. To add to this, within a day of inspecting the property he also arranged for minor repairs that were required.
