I did some research prior to asking Andrew to manage sale of our apartment, but found that the key was to meet with Andrew face-to-face. I found in our discussions that he had the right combination of experience and no-hype personality to talk me through what was realistically needed to prepare the property for sale, achievable outcomes and the plan he'd follow to deliver on this. The commission discussion was straight forward and has proven excellent value in terms of the assistance he provided in getting the apartment into best condition for sale, his ongoing communication about how things were progressing with prospective buyers and finally his guidance in closing the sale.
