"I recently exited a leasing property at Coward Street Mascot. I was the tenant there. I just would like to commend Lyanne Lee. She is the most responsive, caring and proactive Property Manager that I've ever met.

I've had experience dealing with other real estate agents but Lyanne is on the top of the list in terms of customer service and professional skill towards the tenant and the owner.

When I initially sent my intention to exit the property, she tried her very best to keep me as a tenant. Because of her skill, I did stay for further months! This is good for the owner and the business.
