Andrew was really easy to talk to and approachable, and I felt that he was very genuine when enquiring about what I was after – I felt he wanted to make me happy by ensuring I got what I wanted instead of satisfying the vendors with “just another sale”. Andrew provided details of a new unit complex which was nearing completion and in particular a unit which was not yet on the market as it was one of the developers’ favourites. We saw the place and it was perfect. Straight away I knew I had to purchase this place and that this is what my 18-month search had been for.
Throughout the entire process Andrew was always approachable and happy to help. At no time did I feel he was just after a sale, and that once the deal had been done that was it – I spoke with him numerous times and he organised a number of visits to the property after exchanging contracts if and when I had friends and family whom I wanted to show the property, even though it was not yet mine. For the last one month I've been meaning to write to you guys for your excellent work in managing and then in selling my property.

Over the years, I've had to (rather compelled to) deal with quite a few real-estate agents, mostly in the Strathfield area. But my perception about real-estate agents has changed ever since I started dealing with you guys - easily the most professional I've ever dealt with.

As a managing agent of my rental apartment, you have made my life totally hassle free. Right from the day I decided to rent out my property and called Alex to inspect it, to the day I received my final rental statement after I sold the property, it was as smooth and professional as anyone can think of. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening and the funds had always hit my account promptly every month.

I did not even think of anyone else at all when I decided to sell my property in May.
