DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO ACCOMPANY RENTAL APPLICATION:
2 forms of identification, one must have a photo
E.g. Drivers license, passport, key card, credit card, health care card.
A copy of your most recent Bank statement.
Letter of employment or recent pay slip.
Copy of rental ledger (if currently renting).
One week’s rent is required as a holding deposit that will take the property off the market. This can be done via bank cheque, cash or internet transfer to our trust account:

WHEN APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING MUST OCCUR:
$15 Lease preparation fee must be paid when signing the lease agreement.
The equivalent of four weeks rent, or calendar monthly amount for the first payment, minus the original deposit left.
Any rent over $300 Per Week must be a monthly rent. This is calculated by the amount per week divided by 7 (days in the week) times by 365 (days in the year) divided by 12 (months in the year), to give you a total.
