For the last one month I've been meaning to write to you guys for your excellent work in managing and then in selling my property.

Over the years, I've had to (rather compelled to) deal with quite a few realestate agents, mostly in the Strathfield area. But my perception about realestate agents has changed ever since I started dealing with you guys - easily the most professional I've ever dealt with.
 
As a managing agent of my rental apartment, you have made my life totally hassle free. Right from the day I decided to rent out my property and called Alex to inspect it, to the day I received my final rental statement after I sold the property, it was as smooth and professional as anyone can think of. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening and the funds had always hit my account promptly every month.
 
I did not even think of anyone else at all when I decided to sell my property in May. In fact I did not even consider a cheaper option put forward through a friend of mine since I had the trust in you guys. I always believe that 'cheap' also comes with a 'cost'. To tell you the truth, I was very surprised when I got a call saying that there is an offer after just one open house and that too at a price which I had in mind. My colleagues and friends who have seen the apartment told me that were not surprised with it since your listing on the websites were one of the best they've come across. Once again right from the day I decided to sell it, it was a thoroughly professional job.
 
If I think of using or recommending an agent anywhere in Sydney anytime, I now need not have to think twice at all.
 
I wish you the best and I am quite sure it will not be long before I hear that your are the biggest agent in the area as well (you are already the best and the most 'exclusive' one !).

Dear Melissa,

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for Melissa's fabulous support for helping us to find a place to call home, away from home. Having to relocate interstate with a house full of furniture, two dogs and 2 cars is nothing but a nightmare. When we found ourselves in this situation, we knew our chance of finding a nice modern place in Sydney was slim. Where do I begin…

I first met Mark from Exclusive Real Estate while looking for an investment property. Even though the property I was viewing at the time didn’t turn out to be the one for me, Mark asked me at the time what I was looking for and took a note of my requirements.

Having no luck looking myself and wondering if I would ever find a suitable property, I received a call from Mark with a “great opportunity” a property he thought would be perfect for me. I thought “ok I’ll have a look”. Well all I can say is that Mark found the right property for me, when we spoke he had really listened.
